KFM and CitySprint Shortlisted for the Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2023

KFM, alongside CitySprint, have been named finalists for the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Excellence Award category at the 27th annual Supply Chain Excellence Awards

KFM, who provide the Outpatient Pharmacy dispensing service at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Denmark Hill and CitySprint, have been recognised for developing a solution to meet the exponential growth in demand for home deliveries of outpatient pharmacy medication since the COVID-19 pandemic.

This innovative partnership has not only contributed to the NHS net-zero carbon emissions target but also provides greater value-for-money without impacting on patient care. This not only celebrates the solutions implemented by KFM and CitySprint, but demonstrates the team’s commitment to collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric solutions

Jo Jones, Director of Managed Services at KFM, commentedThis is a fantastic achievement for both KFM and CitySprint. We are delighted to be recognised in this year’s awards which has been a real boost for our team and reinforces our determination to deliver exceptional medication delivery services to our patients. We have seen an increase in positive patient feedback and satisfaction because of this collaboration”

Every year, the Supply Chain Excellence Awards initiative offers global recognition for organisations that demonstrate excellence in their supply chain operations. Designed to celebrate the joint achievements of logistics providers and their end-user clients, the awards have become the benchmark for supply chain best practice attracting entries from across the UK and Europe.

The winners will be announced on Thursday 9 November at the Hilton on Park Lane.

Good luck to all of the finalists!
